Asian cuisine

Asian dishes often mean big flavor with little time at the stove. This section includes stir-fries, noodles, rice mixes, curries, soups and dips inspired by various parts of Asia. I work with readily available ingredients you can find in regular supermarkets, only occasionally using a specialty from an Asian shop. Good when you want a change from the usual and don’t mind bolder spices.
