Soups

Soup warms you, fills you up and often even saves whatever’s in the house.
In this section of the site you’ll find creamy soups, hearty broths, quick vegetable soups and thicker soups that can replace a main course.
They’re good for a light lunch, dinner or as a starter for a larger meal.
I work with common ingredients – root vegetables, potatoes, legumes, pasta, rice and a bit of meat when needed.
Many soups can easily be poured into a container or frozen for harder times.
