When should we contact you?
- Question about a recipe – something in the instructions isn't clear or you're having trouble? Describe exactly what's happening (a photo is welcome).
- Technical issue – the page won't load, you can't log in, the subscription isn't working Ad-free.
- Subscription “No Ads” – you need help with payment, canceling, or activating an ad-free account.
- Partnerships and advertising – product collaborations, testing, sponsored recipes, affiliate, banners.
- Suggestions and feedback – ideas for new features, sections, or website improvements.

How long will it take to receive an answer?
We try to resolve most inquiries within 2 business days. For technical issues and questions about payments, it may take a bit longer depending on the situation.
I can't sign in / reset my password
First try the option “Forgot password” on the sign-in page and check
whether the email didn't end up in your Spam or Promotions folder. If it still doesn't arrive,
contact us via the form – preferably from the same email address you use for the account.
I have a problem with my subscription
If ads still appear after payment, first try
logging out and logging back in. If the problem persists,
write to us with the account email and payment date. We'll review the settings and check everything.
I want to propose a collaboration / advertising
For product collaborations (food, kitchenware) and advertising, please write,
what product or service it is, and what form of collaboration you have in mind
(recipe, article, contest, banner) and optionally attach a link to your website or e-shop.
