Steps to Prepare Pancakes
- 1 Prepare the batter: In a bowl, mix plain flour, eggs, milk, sugar (if using), a pinch of salt, and 1 tablespoon of oil. Use a whisk or mixer to stir until a smooth batter without lumps is formed.
- 2 Let the batter rest: Allow the batter to rest for about 15–30 minutes. This improves the consistency of the batter and the final texture of the pancakes.
