Preparation of Lamb Chops
- 1 Prepare the ingredients: Pat the lamb chops dry with a paper towel. Peel and slice the garlic thinly. Chop the rosemary into smaller pieces.
- 2 Marinate the chops: In a bowl, mix olive oil, sliced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, and pepper. Thoroughly coat the lamb chops with this mixture on both sides. Let the chops marinate for at least 30 minutes, preferably 1-2 hours in the refrigerator, to allow the flavors to blend well.
