Preparation steps for Chicken Caesar Salad
- 1 Prepare the chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides. Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a pan and cook the chicken breasts over medium heat until golden and fully cooked, about 6–7 minutes per side. Let the chicken rest for a while, then slice it thinly.
- 2 Prepare the salad: Wash, dry, and tear the romaine lettuce into smaller pieces. Place them in a large bowl.
