Recipe for preparing Beef Burger

  1. 1 Prepare the meat: Place the ground beef in a bowl, add salt and pepper. Gently mix to evenly distribute the seasonings. Divide the meat into equal parts and shape them into patties slightly larger than the buns (they will shrink a bit during cooking).
