Preparation Steps for Muffins
- 1 Muffin Batter: Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and prepare a muffin tin by lining it with paper cups or lightly greasing it with butter. In one bowl, mix all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and a pinch of salt.
- 2 Mix the Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk the eggs, then add melted butter (or oil), milk, and vanilla extract. Stir well to combine.
- 3 Combine Dry and Wet Ingredients: Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry mixture, stirring until a smooth batter forms. Finally, gently fold in chocolate chips, blueberries, or any other chosen ingredient.
- 4 Filling the Muffin Tin: Use a spoon or scoop to evenly fill the prepared muffin cups, filling them about three-quarters full.
- 5 Baking: Bake the muffins in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
