Preparation Steps for Stuffed Mushrooms
- 1 Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 180 °C (356 °F) and prepare a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- 2 Prepare the mushrooms: Remove the stems from the mushrooms and finely chop them. Set the mushroom caps aside.
- 3 Make the filling: In a bowl, combine the chopped mushroom stems, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, and parsley. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
